There's a riverside restaurant and bar close to me with 4 stops and 2 gyms on the same grounds, not even 50m apart, both gyms are level 9 with more than half of the Pokémon in each of them CP 1000+.

I can't see them being taken over very soon, I can only assume it's the waiters etc, they easily walk a couple of km everyday, enough to hatch a 10km egg everyday.

I'm pretty sure the top trainer in each gym is level 24.

It's obviously possible but like I said it's almost guaranteed to be people that works there, with four stops they can use basically anytime. The one gym has a Vaporeon, Flareon, Jolteon and a CP 1600 Arcanine.

You say that, we took gym last night, leveled up to 7, dumped arcanines, snorlax, jynx, staru all over 1k cp, lost in couple hours. May as well defeat and place 10cp zubat

I havent chosen a team yet. gonna see if i can join a crew this weekend and take over some gyms.
 
Why is Eevee so easy to evolve, only 25 candies and you are basically guaranteed a 1000CP evolution if the Eevee is around 400CP.

Gym's are all about the numbers, the more people you have the easer it is to take down.
 
Hit level 14 this morning - not bad for a little over a week's worth of work :D
 
Anyone else ever have it that when you are about to start a gym battle it exits the battle screen for no reason?

No "too far away from gym" message or anything?

Happens occasionally, walk away some distance and go back. Apparently the area wasn't correctly loaded.
