Poor LTE performance

I have had Telkom LTE for 2 years. In the beginning it was fast and stable. Now it is degraded to the point of often being unusable. That means downloads sometimes point 25 of a Mb. I still have 18 months to go on this uncapped contract, Have never used more than 100meg per month in the past. Any ideas what to do about this. Sometimes Speedtest won't even run. What router are you using? What signal stats are you seeing and which LTE band are you connected to?
