Have been bothered by this “you have outstanding traffic Offense pay here, but according to my knowledge since I checked there was nothing on record n I barely drive n never got on spot fine. This has been gone long n its irritating. Can this be a scam?

Received two SMS's now from Pay My Fine...not going to log into that website of theirs...The more I read up the more it looks a whole lot of jammy...
