So placed a parcel to arrive at the US address and called to see if it arrived using the South African provided number for the S.A. depo ((011) 083-7792) and it automatically says the person you have called is not available?

Quiet a panic because my items ordered were delivered to them this weekend

I just received stuff yesterday so I'm sure its still working. Just give it time.

Yes they are but be informed they close on public holidays. Thats why they take long.

Eh, never used them before, but thought I would try getting a 2nd opinion on shipping before bidding for something on eBay.
Never mind, will stick with Aramex Global Shopper - at least I can get a quote estimate from their homepage.

Works fine here, I think they took the quote page down for a day or two to update some pricing.
