Pre-Sign-Up Pilot?

Hi Neotel Rep

I'm just about ready to take the plunge and sign the 24 month contract. Before I do however, I'd like to be confident of the coverage and quality of service in my house. Would you (or Postnet seeing as they're within walking distance) be willing to allow me to pilot a unit for a day or 2 to confirm this?

I have wasted over R2000 rand in the last 4 months cos my internet never works and they dont care to help. There call centre doesnt even work anymore.

Read the threads here mate. STAY FAR FAR AWAY PLEASE.

Hmmm, coulda sworn I saw somewhere in another thread a long time ago that some guy got such a trial from his Postnet...

I'll check the cooling off period, if it means the same thing then all's good.

I have read the threads, and its not that I don't believe the negative reports, I just think people tend to complain more frequently than compliment. Hence the reason for wanting a trial so I can see for myself.
 
Problem is that you could get great performance in 1 week and 3 weeks of pathetic unexplained issues. It's never a constant.

I totaly agree, its painfull. 1 week you fly, then next two you are having disconnects and 1 bar signal.

Thats another thing.. Why does my device freeze when the connection is crappy? When the signal is good the device never freezes.

I say stay away for another couple of months. At the very least untill they star answering their phones again.
 
nah... doesnt one of your friends have neotel?
just borrow it from them for a day. much less hassles


i've had neotel for about a year now and i can't complain, always 3 bars signal,
can always connect, no disconnects, decent speeds........
 
Dont do it man. Are you looking past all the pain and suffering we Neotel forumites are experiencing everyday??????????

Rage against the dying of the light....at least until they fix all the shiz. If not...they can kiss my anoos borat style. Funny how i went from a once Neotel Champion to a now Neotel almost Marta.
