What is their address? I would like to personally drop off their unwanted cartridges I did not order that they are refusing to come collect them!

Got a call last week and this.

Same modus operandi - new company and/or new range of long lasting and/or oil based cartridges. Opening special, comes with vouchers etc.

Best thing for everyone, reply "Not interested" and disconnect.

PLease give me theyr adress! Would love to pay them a visit.

We've also been scammed by these people! Can you even believe that they haven't been caught!?
Such professional thief's!
Wont assist us with returning the cartridges, each time we call asking to speak to Rashien or Layla she's never available and "they'll call us back" but never do!

Would appreciate to get the address please>

Keep the cartridges, don't pay.

Request that they collect. If they don't, charge them an exorbitant monthly storage fee.

i just got roped into this now... i was doing some research on the company and found this thread.

yes they did...

OK well it's important not to get bogged down in arguments with them.
Just tell them clearly over the phone that you did not order the goods, no contract exists between you and them and that they must come and collect the goods at their own time and expense.
Their threats of handing you over are empty threats.
They may try to deliver more goods, just politely refuse those as well.
Whatever you do, do not hand over any cash.
They do not have a legal leg to stand on.

This makes me glad I'm working in corporate . I'll most likely never get a call like this. Hope they don't try to target the public
