I previously posted on a similar problem, this was taken up by V3G and got fixed.
@VodacomData, I'm hoping this is something similar and you can help.
The scenario is slightly different.
Newly connected sims, SMS bundles loaded via IN, subsequent attempts to load data bundles and/or airtime fail with an error stating the sim is "inactive".
