I am having a problem getting Windows installed on a Macbook via Bootcamp.
I have created the partition with the bootcamp assistant. It then boots up through the XP disc. I choose the partition and format it as NTFS. Then choose to install Windows. It installs the Windows setup files, but when it restarts, it keeps booting up into Mac OS X. Then when I try choose to restart from Windows, the Partition is not there (even though the HD space is missing from my Mac OS partition.
I have tried to remove the partition, reset up the partition, and tried to reinstall Windows again. But keeps doing the same thing.
Can anyone suggest anything/ I have done the Bootcamp installations a couple of times, but have never come across this issue.
It was working before as the unit had Bootcamp on before, but the Windows partition had gotten full of viruses, that is why I decided to reformat and re-install Windows.
