Problems with Bandwidth Usage Report emails: zilchlicates, duplicates, triplicates...

I never got emails I tryed a couple of times to activate it
 
So far today only one report, but the last few days I was getting 3 reports per day.
 
Got my first one issued at 14:15, 2nd one at 17:26, contents exactly the same. This has been going on since 26 May.
 
Hmmm, seems that they read this thread and decided to send me a second report a few min ago.

Do you use your router to automically connect to the iburst network or do you still have to use the crappy pppoe connection from windoze?

I tried to deactivate and reactivate it and still no e mails from WBS about remaining bandwidth

Nope, router automatically connects it for me- I got rid of the pppoe app long ago and keep it for times when I have problems and want to access the UTD via USB
 
Why is it that I still have zero bandwidth usage emails???????

Shaun, please could you get Luis to actually fix this problem.

yeah, same here - been missing those (not that it was accurate at all)
 
My connection has now been up for 3,5 days, thus my 2 reports per day shows the status about 3,5 days ago... :(
