Problems with Bandwidth Usage Report emails: zilchlicates, duplicates, triplicates...

And now they've stopped, I didn't cancel them. I'd rather not change anything just now I get bucketloads of bandwidth reports!
 
Same here no bandwidth emails, but when I checked the bandwidth monitor webpage it seems to be correct as far as my usage goes this month.
Stayed at 0 usage for days and now it seems to be correct.
 
Hmmm, they must have added you to the "lucky BW user draw of the month list" :D

Still nothing here and webpage is stuck at 1.02gb for me. :eek:
 
OK, I understand it now, its a type on their page, it should read monthly bandwidth report :eek:
 
Maybe their bandwith usage only gets updated when a session closes. In other words if you are connected for days on end with the same ip the bandwith monitor show usage for the last time you disconnected ?
 
ghostim that may be true in some cases but I have tried all sorts of things and still no BW reports.
There does not seem any pattern as to when or if you get a BW report be it by email or the webpage.
 
Perhaps WBS are processing a backlog of daily bandwidth reports going back to May [2005], and it's really slow bcos they have to type each one up manually...:D

My last evening of iBurst...downloading slowly with 1605MB left of my 3GB cap...FC4 iso images...

Not quite, WBS cut my iBurst account just after 8pm last night with 1406MB left [according to Bandview in SWE2], so all my FC4 iso image downloads failed in Reget...:mad:...may the fleas of 1406 camels infest the shared underware of Thami Mtshali & Satan Parvin...:mad:...Vodacom's 3G to the rescue, and I should be getting ADSL soon so WBS can deal with all the bad karma they have created for themselves...:D
 
Why am I not surprised, they must be awarded as the most clueless company ever...

RVFmal that post of mine you quoted is from June as in July I never recieved a single email report.

2nd Aug and BW webpage is still at 3gb!!! :eek:

Still waiting for my reports to be sent...........................................yawn .................................
 
I have just been connected to iBurst, and when i first checked my cap, i had recieved triple the amount i paid for.

So either i am gonna be paying for it (bad), or i have 9 gigs to use! (good)

Just wondering if it has happened to any other brand new users, and if you got charged later.
 
I'm still not recieving any BW email reports, and the last I ever recieved was back in June.
