Thanks for the Google link I could have never done that myself. I just love the lmgtfy crowd.. I asked for RECOMMENDATIONS.. i.e. Have you used one you would recommend not what are the available ones </rant>

Eish, I can't remember the URL now, but there's a free one online. It also done via your browser so everything is web based and your stuff gets saved on their server etc.

For one, I use pen & paper. Easiest for me to decide how the skeleton should look like

Just like my PONIESPONIESPONIES... Full of glitter and starts. And they poop a rainbow or two. Sometimes even three.

Have a look at Visual Paradigm Community edition Pretty powerful for free software....or so *they* tell me Can't remember if process flow was in there though. Came in at about 130mb though

I use Dia as a free alternative to MS Visio for network diagrams etc. It may be useful for your requirements??
