Proposed Forum Changes

I know, lets have a theme competition to see who can design the best new theme for myadsl. Prizes will be sponsored by Telkom*.

* First prize is a 56K modem and 25 free internet minutes
** Second prize is... actually there is no second prize.
 
Back to the original question, basiscally what the forum provides for is a place for information about ISPs, news about BB services, commplaints about ISPs, BB services, technical questions/answers and security. What is not covered in a a specific forum catagory other than occasionally in off-topic is what to do with your BB service, where to surf, places to go, things to download, places to avoid etc.
 
Nice forum changes, I didn't need four emails to tell me about it though.

My apologies about that. We used the forum software first for mailing, and that is where the duplicate mails originated from. We will not use this system again in future.

Anybody noticed that if you edit you post within 30 seconds of posting it, the edit shows up, but it doesn't say "Last edited...". Interesting anomaly

Please change the access to read only. We write tooo much and that takes time, It is becoming addictive. Me think the Mod,s should write what we want to read and that will save some time. Only a suggestion but I am sure it could work! Not! or maybe one post per thread per day!

Back to seriousness! Why can we not upload a pic or document limited in size and bandwidth instead of this many links we post (LG excluded of course, Hehe) or can we have a MyADSL server hosted locally for up and download of information.

Expected some obstacle or dissagreement to a very good suggestion :eek: me cry!, but then again it would be nice to read only good news as you want it to be all the time!

except the news would not be real... we'll be living under an illusion (everybody say Telkom) :eek:
 
Me think now there is a (TELKOM) crossline link between this thread and the LG thread. Damn Telkom techs again!
