Proteas: Only 5 white players allowed?

they are too busy trying to look good to care about the actual sport.
Its a disgrace, that no mention of Bafana and how many white players are in there. Im a coloured bloke, and i couldnt care who is in the SA team, as long as they are there on merit. If its 11 white players so be it.

Yeah, white men can't jump. Or play play football.

...and thats why white men have won all but 5 /6 FiFA world cups. I'll bet no African country will ever win the FIFA world cup. Even when Thabo Mbeki said we're gong to bring the cup to SA they didn't exactly made it. Wondering if the intention is that they must steal it.

so why is there no interest on racial quota for the south african swimming team?

white men cant jump?

black men cant swim?

or whats the story?

and I believe the white kids that are good at football get spotted by overseas clubs and don't think twice about getting involved in the bafana racism.

Not enough money involved in swimming and the other smaller sports. The cANCer and their cadres only want their filthy stealing hands on the big money.

If you bothered to watch local football, you'd notice that the bafana team has had multiple white coaches, don't forget that 1 white player on the field is the national demographic and is usually the case. Half the PSL owners and coaches are white. White PSL players are under national demographics, but it is easier for white players to play internationally, either due to better financial situations or EU passports.

The problem for white players is their schools not wanting them to play the sport.

Your ignorance is again showing, you clearly don't follow soccer, stick to the topic at hand.

And your point is? Because there are 50million blacks and 4 million whites it now makes them better football players? There is more action in schoolboy football overseas than in any SA football game. Its the worst most boring football. If European teams played football like SA clubs they'd be booed off the field.

Steve Hansen, All Black coach, was recently asked to comment on the Springboks' selection ''criteria'' but had to beat around the bush because he admitted that he'd get in to trouble if he gave an honest answer. I'd be keen to know who censored him, NZ Rugby or World Rugby? Or both?

Its bullschit and everyone knows it. 40-years ago every international governing body suspended us for discrimination (not arguing against the merit of this, lest someone gets excited), but now the ICC and World Rugby don't seem to mind when discriminatory policies are once again implemented.

*Inb4 someone says current race-based policies are not discriminatory but ''corrective in view of national demographics''.

I'm really in two minds whether to write a letter to the ICC asking them to take a stand against racial selection criteria in any country.

Ok so do we have adequate replacements for Amla, Duminy and especially Bavuma and Rabada moving forward?

How do they maintain this ratio if there's not enough non white of players of international quality in the selection pool.

They should've started enforcing this at primary school level an allow players to naturally progress.
