SONY’S SERVICE COULD RUN ON MICROSOFT’S CLOUD PLATFORM

The company is also “putting resources into expanding its efforts in cloud gaming,” Bloomberg reported, perhaps to keep up with efforts like Nvidia’s RTX 3080 tier of GeForce Now and Microsoft’s Xbox Series X upgrade for xCloud. However, it’s unclear if Spartacus would run on Microsoft Azure following the deal signed between Microsoft and Sony in 2019; if it does, it would mean that Sony’s service runs on the same platform as its competitor.

This new Spartacus service sounds like it would put Sony on par with Microsoft’s Game Pass Ultimate subscription, which allows people to play online multiplayer, access a huge library of titles from Microsoft and other companies, and stream games from the cloud. Sony also appears to be emulating Microsoft’s approach to offer multiple tiers of services — only the $15 per month Game Pass Ultimate plan offers cloud gaming, for example.

However, one of the key perks of Game Pass and Game Pass Ultimate is day-one access to Microsoft’s first-party titles, but that might not be available with Spartacus. Schreier said in a tweet that “don’t expect Sony to include its big new games day one like Game Pass does.”

Nothing to get excited about as anything game streaming related will probably never release in SA anytime soon.

Well since @AlphaJohn promised me custom plates over a year ago and I decided to get them myself.

These PS5 plates are shock proof, anti-dust, anti-scratch black shell plates. They are generic.
The top plate is slightly off-contour but with a little pressure it fits perfectly.

The black overall looks so much better though.

Hey!!!

I did not promise you plates, I said I'll let you know how to paint em when I get mine.,,,

Problem is I opted to put the PS5 behind the TV and only have a square offcut of Black perspex hide it on the bottom of da TV. so no need to paint :p

PS: Nice plates. How much they set you back?
Why you hiding the PS5 behind the tv? LOL

Good ventilation spacing you got there.

*waits for complaint about PS5 over-heating.....

Not hiding, Well technically I'm hiding it but not cause of what you think.

Was the only place it could fit, bar putting it on the floor... also was meant to be temporary. Then the white line at the bottom under TV opening got distracting... so had to make a plan.

That was a couple of months back.... and it doesn't bother me, so now its a feature ;)
Why not invest in something like this:

Its an ad, my console rests flat below the TV.

Ok although it looks like one of those Tesla walls ( mini ) thinking about it now, better not have butter fingers with those R1k gaming disks !

But umm yeah, could grow on me over time ..

Epic Games has created The Matrix Awakens, an interactive tech demo built in Unreal Engine 5. A teaser for the interactive Matrix experience appeared today, and the tech demo will be available on PS5 and Xbox Series X / S consoles. You can pre-install the demo right now (29GB) on PS5 or Xbox Series X / S, and it will launch during The Game Awards on December 9th. Members of the original movie team, including Lana Wachowski, have worked with Epic Games to create The Matrix Awakens. The Xbox store listing promises “a wild ride into the reality-bending universe of The Matrix that features performances by Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss.” The teaser video appears to show a digital version of Keanu Reeves and not the Cyberpunk 2077 kind. “How do we know what is real?” Reeves asks, mysteriously.
