Question about DSTV HD PVR outputs.

I use HDMI in the living room and then co-ax to the bedroom from the same HD PVR. I have not tried the AV route to the bedroom

I would not buy one of them, tried one once would hardly work, messes with you wireless signal and if you or any neighbor uses a microwave you lose singnal

Thanks, was wondering about this.
Possible with 2*HD PVR and TV's in the other rooms get signals via co-ax to both?

Not sure about that. You need to give more info.
With 2 HD PVR's you can set up dual view.

I have a HD-PVR with HDMI splitter sending HD signals to two tv's, so thats another option. Both HDMI cables are 15m long

Yes you can pick up both PVR signals via single co-ax but iirc you need some little switch thing installed. I've got it set up that way. Also HDMI and RCA out at the same time.

do not use the av wireless transmitters. I had the Ellis one and was the biggest waste of money

I've got the Ellies one and it works pretty well. Yeah it is susceptible to interference but doesn't mess with my wireless and once you've found a position where the signal is stable it's fine. Then again, I don't use it - it's in my little one's room and she doesn't complain :D
