Cool. I am very interested in the fact that the giant fan is rated as silent and has a decibel rating lower than humans can hear or whatever....Also, it looks kinda badass.

I think it would go down really well - perhaps not as totalitarian modding as on PH.
Do you think price discussions should be allowed in that or not (like PH is currently run)

Indeed. It has got out of hand there.
What there should not be is the posting of somewhere/one who has the same thing for cheaper somewhere else.
Otherwise I think it should/could be up to the user to determine what they want in their own thread post-wise. But that is another story for another day.
To start with , it would just be a simple forum with a mod dedicated to making sure thing's don't get out of hand.
There would be three types of thread: FOR SALE, WANTED and FEELER/QUOTE. The latter could be used for people to ascertain what they could get for a certain item, and then a new FOR SALE thread would be made where no such price discussion/advice/undercutting would be allowed
