Rain 5G users - Please do a MyBroadband speed test

So what's the best way to get a techie to come investigate. Through their online support?
I've been praying since my first call to rain, Ref 725219 dated 11 December 2019.....
I have endless emails being told someone will get back to me, I am still hassling them.
One email replied that a technician will contact me for an appointment to replace the unit with an outdoor unit....

Tower issue. I have similar 5G stats and with my indoor unit at the window I get 350Mbps download.

anyone able to tell me if there's something wrong with my signal levels? I'm struggling to get even 35 Mbps (usually 12 Mbps). It's been like this since the 29th- the day after I out it up and got 106 Mbps on activation.
contacted support but no ball as yet.

Yes. With new tower in my area I played around with antenna direction over weekend. Don't think I have quite found the sweet spot, but there is an notable improvement. Had sporadic spikes into 750Mbps during test but it does not hold onto it for long.

Get the map out and show us tower 1 and tower 2 :)

That is just the thing. My ODU is still syncing to same CELLID I have had all the time. I do have it in fixed mode currently so that might explain it. Will put it on auto tonight and see if it finds any other towers.

Also set to fixed mode currently working well.
