Still busy tweaking install but getting frustrated now. Funny thing happened yesterday. At around 17:00 I "reset" ODU by unplugging the POE injector. RAIN technician failed to give me the USER NAME and PASSWORD for the ODU which is now installed about 6 meters in the air and difficult to access. So now cant get into ODU UI to see what is going on with signal and unable to reboot without unplugging the POE. ODU does give visual clue on front panel for LTE and NR signal quality which shows blue which is indication of bad signal, it needs to be green. UI landing page show LTE 2 bar and NR 3 bar.

Speed tests earlier that morning was around 200. Anyways after ODU powered up was getting really bad speeds (see below) as if 5G and LTE were non-existent. Phoned RAIN and they said they had a "technical issue" on that tower. This morning nothing changed.

Last week Friday (not shown here) I was getting close to 400/40 and as graph has shown it has dropped of significantly. You'll also notice first 1/3 of graph was Indoor unit, 2/3 Outdoor unit, 3/3 dropped off map I'm assuming because of technical issue.

Copy that. If I was coming off say LTE or fiber I would be fuming. The "I demand my speed" bug has not got me yet, coming off ADSL I cant complain. No reports of power outages in general area of tower. This 5G installation is on-top of building it seems so a lot more secure I guess.

My tower is back. Finally after 5 days. I see the tower still have issues with electricity. There is now 3 generators outside smoking up the place. Saw 2 vans there 1 was refueling the generator. Seems like that storm took out the electricity too.

Happy to have my speeds back.

I'm also back from what I don't know. Maybe failure to communicate. Happy for now but will get to bottom of the issue.
