Yes correct the Time of the charts is referenced to "zulu" which GMT. so one has to interpret that data on top of it all.
And that is bad news. We will hopefully then be able to rely on Segg for some live radar data. After that, we are stuck with that interpreted storm tracker, which is not bad that SAWS has now considered being "good enough" for the public at large.
