Better be raining tomorrow morning, been waiting for a run in the rain at the forest for ages now.

Which forest? If Newlands/Cecelia Forest, then stay safe. Those rocks and boardwalks will be awfully slick underfoot.

Not stormy yet but the dust got wet outside

I agree - A decent rainfall so at least the premier wont raise water prices at least that will remain on the DOWN low

SO i am hoping that the 100% Rain comes down in the correct places

I was still collecting water in my bottles and cans and buckets

was hoping it lasted a little longer i wont lie

When was the last time it rained continuously for more than a day ie 2 or 3 days. Seems Cape Town rain is always half a day, to maybe a day. Then thats it.

The 1970s! /s

Seriously though, May is still early, and the charts are showing plenty more developments next week, and thereafter.

Ooh, I'm close to Okavango Crossing, but jumped into the sack early. No way I'm getting up now to see if it's raining :p

yo neighbour, after mostly blue skies today it seems the rain started again ... no need to get up.

Who keeps track of that? As opposed to people who think they remember it being like that at some time in the past.
