The temperature at an elevation of 1200m is down to 3.0C this morning, so a light dusting of snow is possible on the higher peaks in the SW-Cape.
The effects of the cutoff-low seem likely to mostly to miss Cape Town itself, though there will be plenty of rain inland and further east.
The developing cutoff low still seems likely to have limited effects on CT, but will definitely bring cold and wet conditions to the interior, with significant snow possible over the Karoo on Mon 3rd, and the Drakensberg on Tues 4th:
