Rain Cancellation

My underaged son Just received an email from rain telling him that we owe them money and he has been handed over to easton berry and ass. @rain_mobile @rain_network
I phoned rain, who has no coverage in our area and was told that I may not talk to the accounts department as they, today 24 October 2023, handed it over to the lawyers. I asked the lady how I was not aware of this and she said I had to check myrain website. First off, MY email is there but I owe nothing. My son was emailed and there is charges for 3 months. Again, this is a pay in advance service and I did cancel in 2021. Why has it not been deducted from my bank in years?

I asked if she could at least take my sons email off but they say they cant change anything. Its A PAY IN ADVANCE SERVICE. I did cancel. There is NOTHING on my name. They wont take my name off either as there is an account linked to it without any charges. How is this possible?
Lets be clear, I dont owe anything. I cancelled your service. I WILL NOT PAY LEGAL FEES. @rain_network this is unacceptable.
I told several people to remove my son's email from the system but you refused.

I have sent an email and phoned. I will send you my email, but this cant be resolved if you keep telling me to talk to lawyers. I will not.
 
Rain are awful. My mom cancelled with them last month after not receiving any service for two months and being completely ignored by their customer service... And now they've billed her again this month. Atrocious service.
