Lost all signal on two Rain SIMs, and no data throughput on them now - but signal is back.

We are looking into this.

So took the sim on a field trip. Coverage is real spotty on the KZN South Coast - so for now will work well as a fixed line connection but absolutely no go for mobile unless they sign a roaming agreement.

All working well now. Hope they can keep it up but they seem to be sorting their problems.

I still cannot login to my account. I have tried with Firefox, Chrome & IE. I have even tried resetting my password. The most frustrating is that Rain keeps on closing the ticket as resolved when it is not.

Had the same issue. Contact support. They need to reactivate your account

I have been having Network problems in Midrand since I got my sim card last week... The signal is seriously intermittent... I couldn't even download 1 Gig in 6 days.. it looks like no one is monitoring the network or checking performance of their sites daily

Rain is working well for me. For the price this is unbeatable.
