Rain Mobile Feedback Thread

Need help understanding Rain please. As I'm interested in joining. Just a few questions.

1) the 15 days free unlimited data that comes with the purchase of a SIM card, is it on-peak & off-peak or just off-peak data?

2) the R250 for unlimited off peak is that a monthly fee?

3) why can't the spend cap for on-peak data be lower than R300 when I am only interested in using say 1 gig (R50) ?

1) Both on and off

2) Yes

3) Because if you choose the R250 option, the lowest cap that you can choose is 1GB (from what I've seen as I've subbed for the R250 a month option).
 
Got my sim card delivered on tuesday this week after 9 days of waiting only to loose it today **** me

now have to re-order...........

At last I can login to my account again. Only problem is that the 1 sim card must have 30 free days because I ordered it with a mifi device but it only has 15 free days
 
I got delivered 3 sims. Working all good

Week later Ram deliverers another 3, not activated though

I can also login now but I see they've removed the restrict sim option????

When you are in your dashboard, just to the left of manage you will see a grey edit button. Click on it.

Yes one of my sims must also have 30 days. I contacted Rain on Facebook messenger and they said that my dashboard will be updated to reflect the 30 days
