i heard it works better if it is port forwarded
No you wont notice any improvements i have fiddled with that on a few networks and dont see a real increase really. Just maybe if you have got a very busy network it can help but no just dont bother, and you can only port forward on the Fixed Rain. The mobile does not allow port forwarding.

I have a pocophone F1 and I feel like my Moto G5+ had better signal although now I'm sitting 4/5 bars but throughput still spoty.

I dunno how many bars one needs but it's a struggle to upload compressed images on telegram at 4/5 bars it seems like it's getting worse.

I'm in P.E Btw maybe someone else in pe experiencing something similar
Hello
Has anyone noticed lower signal on a xiaomi phone?
I had a p9 lite and used to get very good speeds using uncapped deal. I upgraded to a mi 8 lite and now whenever I'm on the road or something the signal goes off, or I drop to one-two bars

on my Parcel it says activation will take places 24 hours after receiving RICA documents
It will be much quicker if you contact them via the chat feature on their website. Mine happened in a few minutes after the courier left.

should i phone them ? what time does support close?
I'm not sure what time they close, but they'll still respond now.

Use the Chat facility (I'm not sure that you can call them, I haven't seen a number). You'll find it hidden behind the "Ask a question" button (weird, but true). Just ask a random question and then the Chat button will become visible. (They really need to fire the UI developer there).

How do you know there is no congestion? You can basically live right next to the towef but still get bad speeds because there are plenty other people connected to the tower slowing it down. Signal is not the only cause of slow speeds.

You'll get a sms after 1 terabyte according to a previous post on here. My monthly usage is around 120gb and never throttled. (mostly) Happy customer since September 2018.

After using RAIN as my primary internet connection at home for about 18 months, I've just removed my RAIN sim card from my router for the last time. 28GB will expire tomorrow as I'm unable to utilise the remaining data at these speeds. This is my last RAIN speedtest:
