Decided to test whether off peak uncapped sim continues to work at peak hours and it is. Anybody else?

Weird issues today, pages not loading, dns timeouts (1.1.1.1, 8.8.8.8, 9,9,9,9)

Been crappy for ten days for me. Used to be 40/15 now it's sub 5/15.

Will decide this week but if this continues I'll stop my Rain sim and double my Telkom. Will cost nearly the same. I can live with 200 GB anytime and 200 GB midnight data.

I really liked the redundancy of having two networks though.

I disconnected this RAIN stuff. Was unusable - page load failures, couldn't connect to remote servers etc etc had to get onto my Hellkom connection. Frustrating when it doesn't work

Not always but this is becoming a thing and there's no turning back. I'd say the average is in your 5-10GB though so this sits on the high end. We'll see when the next gen of consoles come out

So many DNS failures now. Throttled upload.

Tested a Telkom sim, going to switch in the next couple of weeks.

I registered last night. Hoping to get the sim card soon. Do they sms you a day ahead of delivery like Takealot?

Also, why do you have to name your sim card?

Naming the Sim card for easy identification once you have two or more in your account

A bad experience for me so far. I didn't get an sms or email ahead of delivery. The Rain email says to have your ID and proof of address handy for delivery, not copies of them.

It's just because of my preparation that I had my ID and proof of address on hand and because I was in an office that I could make a copy.

Poor choice of courier, Rain. Hopefully the internet service is better.

Ram do there deliveries in KZN. They take a photo of your RICA docs and hand back to you. Should not need copies of them.
