Overall I'm really happy with my Rain sim. I average above 30mb/s when ever I need to download something and I'm actually saving money (now that I don't need to buy Vodacom data bundles for my phone). Dual sims FTW!

Are there any zero rated speed test servers for rain? I was fortunate enough to get my hands on an Otto Wireless antenna and want to do some tests tonight

Service just deteriated over time. Probably caused by congestion.

My rain mobile was good value but usability not a good experience both my fixed and mobile rain speeds was below 5 mbps

Stats are certainly better but I haven't been able to mount and align the antenna properly as yet. Download speeds seem a touch better, upload is already significantly improved

Well the invoice shows Unlimited data add on until 1st Of September so I'm guessing end of Sept is when I will see if they actually billed me if it was removed on the 1st.... Very strange. Still not fixed. Still can't add it again page just times out while I watch the blue dot on the I in Rain jump up and down....

Guy in the call centre also failed to add it from his side saying it looks like some kind of system issue.

Their site is F*d up today. Apparently their is suppose to be a pay now icon on their dashboard, but the there is nothing. Can any of you guys maybe check if you have that option om your dashboard

Funny enough, high latency issue is gone .Before latency issue, 24ms, after, 44ms, now back to 24ms .

Think it is only on your profile if you indicated you live in JHB or Cape Town when ordering the card. This is where they are supposedly rolling out 5G in the next few weeks so maybe they would want testers.
