Seems they fixed the spendlimit but now if I try to add uncapped it says only in effect from September?

Their chat support is trying to now tell me that you can only add uncapped in the month prior to being in effect? :wtf::wtf: What nonsense is that?
[MENTION=1]rpm[/MENTION], maybe have a journo look into that?

Sorry man, I added the uncapped portion as soon as I subscribed so I can't say. I also find it odd that they can't add it for you now and that you have to wait till Sep :wtf:

I've asked them to escalate and get back to me. Funny they don't want to take my money in this day and age....

Hi mate, are you still experiencing issues in KZN? Want to order a sim for use in KZN so am interested in knowing how stable the service is there. Thanks

How ridiculous, rain insist that uncapped will only be activated next month. Don't they want money? I've heard of isps pro-rata or charging full uncapped in a month but never one refusing.
 
I added unlimited on 29 July and received a confirmation email that the unlimited package on the specific sim will be effective from 31 July 2018 as the free days ended on 30 July. I just checked my dashboard now and saw it wasn't added :mad: Tomorrow will be fun and games when I contact them

Mine got added today. Lol my 30 days also ended on the 30th. Luckily I didn't download much on the 31st.. Only R8 damage :p

Maybe they having issues with the whole Prorata story mid month.
 
My uncapped sim divert me to the rain offline page. Anyone experience the same issue. It mentions that I need to increase my spend limit or my debit order didn't go through.?

There seems to be a problem with their billing run, but its been fixed now
 
Looks like dashboard is still not showing peak usage correctly but at least it's counting it correctly when it comes to the spend limit...
