1 AUGUST BILLING
Not sure if this only applies to me. Per July dashboard, the billing for July usage was supposed to be processed on 1 August. This never happened. I have emailed rain customer support to seek clarification and they haven't bothered responding. My services are still active and the dashboard has been refreshed and only reflects August usage. Next billing date is scheduled for 1 September. Funds still sitting in my account. Was there a billing run error?. Anyone having a similar query?
