Is the Rain network down in the Lenasia Area?
No signal at all
4G and 5G
 
Hello Rain. . . . You are killing my amps here. . . . Ping between 200 and 2000 for the past 3 days, Download speed not more than 200KBPS, Come on now. I had to switch to MTN to even send this message because nothing loads on rain, Do you need batteries for your towers? so I can have a Signal because something is up. . . I must be connected to a tower in kuvuki land or something to be having these issues. Please advise how to get me charged up again.

That is why the price is so low, they aint spending on batteries.
 
I used to get speeds of up to 80MB/s on the R999 package in Rosettenville. Log calls because at times my download speed was 4 MB/s. Had RAIN techies out last Saturday, no luck. Their response was congested tower. They could only connect me to a certain tower for connectivity, all the closest towers had no connectivity. They would have escalated the issue with their network experts. And as per attached screenshot, connectivity is non-existent, even the RAIN homepage timed out ! Out of all the towers, I can only connect to the most congested one. RAIN just sign up for the R499 packages, left, right and centre without taking into account number of towers per subscribers.

Hello I'm new to this site... I missed my Rain Wi-Fi payment and they canceled my services. I payed all the owed amount and still haven't been able to reconnect. Still no internet connection.
 
My Router has been showing a Red light on Network its the Second week now without Netwoork please help
