Agree, pay that Starlink deposit, it's the right thing to do.This company is making excuses for having a terrible customer service culture.
I canceled my service with them because I was not getting the speeds as advertised (not even close). I canceled within the 7day period to get a refund for my first payment. The router was collected yet I’m STILL waiting for my refund with no feedback, only empty and generic promises of a callback.
The lack of feedback and delay in refund is truly frustrating to say the least.
my advice...STAY AWAY from this company. Rather get fibre from Webafrica, my experience with them is certainly MUCH MUCH better in terms of customer service and support.
