Hi there

I am desperately trying to contact Rain with a billing issue. Does anyone know of any active contact methods other than the website?

I have yet to get a reply using the website method.

Please let me know if you can assist

I too have the same problem and cant get hold of anyone. I have waiting 7 days for a reply from the support desk.

Please inform me if you have any joy.
 
I struggled for 2 days to get help... I tried here, on their Twitter and Facebook. Nobody answered the customer support number.

The information I was eventually provided on Twitter was incorrect and they tried to explain how to fix a 4G router while I told them I was struggling with a 5G outdoor router...

I figured out how to fix it myself after trial and error. Turned out they changed the APN settings for 5G and didn't tell anybody.

Their product is good but their customer support is pathetic!

If I did not have another 4G link, I would not have been able to work from home for 2 days!!!
 
Morning guys is this system real or what, i received my sim almost 7 weeks ago after signing up and paying R250.00 for pay as you use. Since then i never activated my sim (never been used) to my surprised this morning i have been billed R125.38 from my account. Really is this is what im in for ? challenges

I'm too having a problem with rain as I was debited on the 3rd of March then on the 5th of March my services got suspended. I've been trying to call rain customer care but all they tell me is they will send it the billing department but it's 6 days now may someone please assist me . I also contacted my fnb bank they e mailed me my proof of payment
 
Just cancel that rubbish, i just did last week. waiting to see if they might be any reaction on my account
