Rain support contact details

Hi there

I am desperately trying to contact Rain with a billing issue. Does anyone know of any active contact methods other than the website?

I have yet to get a reply using the website method.

Please let me know if you can assist

My SIM was delivered last week Friday.
I set up the device an received no signal
I called your number and was told to wait 24 hours
Well, On Saturday, still no signal.
Then, I received a call from a support agent who asked for the number on my SIM card (NK 1N P4)
She claimed that she will pass the info to your billing department so that they can activate the SIM.
Sunday and today, still Internet!
Can I be assisted? I migrated to the better plan (5G Premium) and still no service since I got the device on Friday.
THIS IS AFFECTING MY BUSINESS, MY HOME and it is not cool.

I have been having connection issues since Friday. Or there will be connection but no internet. I have complained about this issue before and was assisted but now we back to square one again.

Curious to know how you came to the conclusion that this is the first time the issue is being mentioned? Bearing in mind that MyBB is not Rains official line of communication.
Can’t just wake up and start blaming customers knowing how rains customer service works.

Not saying he shouldn’t mention anything but I’m saying if you know your sim is off or anything then just messaged rain on here … he is a active member so by that I do believe he knows how to PM rain … Im not against anyone here but I do believe rain people working for rain does try helping whoever they can that does have problems but if I said that I’m struggling with connection I’ll pm rain and ask for help … instead come on buddy … it’s not that hard
