Rain support contact details

Hi there

I am trying to change my payment date online, but with no positive result. Does anyone know of any active contact methods other than the website, app or calling?

There must be a way to do those changes online.

Hey @rain_mobile , it seems like you guys are scamming me at the moment, having changed my uncapped premium 5G to this new rainOne 60Mpbs bullshit with "free" 4G sims that I didn't even ****ing want. And of course the only channel for support is Twitter...

Get back to me asap because this is not acceptable...

Thanks for the quick assistance, an accidental downgrade/"system glitch" at more or less the same price after "free" sim cards were telephonically peddled to me was not quite the cause I was expecting. All good now
 
I don't believe my issue above has been rectified, I am still on the rainOne product, I do not have the pretty router, my speed is still extremely poor, my monthly charge amount was now pro-rata, and I am on the 100+Mbps option according to the app, which will be R350 or so more per month than I used to pay for an inferior product.

Thanks for the clarification, but please can we work on getting the support system improved so that I don't have to chase people on social media and end up having to ask MyBB and HelloPeter for support? This tied with actual issues (accidental downgrade to 60 with MyRain reporting incorrect amount, followed rain issues in the area and then the actual rain router - old one - acting up ) that all come at once to create a lot of concern. Logging tickets on MyRain yields zero results and adds to frustration around queries of sudden product name changes, billing amounts being different etc
