Random phone call from 084145

I got two missed calls from 145 too just now. But my sim is in a dongle, so it's a bit hard to answer.

Had 2 calls today from this number as well, music plays. I am definitely not going to hold for an operator that I wasn't looking for.
 
I recently removed a MTN SIM card from a 3G dongle and put it in my old phone as a backup.
A few weeks later I started getting the strangest phonecalls and SMS's.
Including a Nigerian investment company wanting to gift me shares, a very Indian gent from Microsoft explaining that a scan of my PC has shown some issues (That one was fun. I told him I was running Ubuntu and made him wriggle for 3 minutes before admitting I don't have a computer) And some of the SMS's is from Fochinis and other clothing stores.
I never ever used the phone, it was always a in a modem.
How did they get this number?

I had the pleasure of 2 calls today just music and no one talks. I am on Vodacom.
