Anyone get debited incorrectly for their account this month? Mine was under debited R130.
 
my folks used to use them, not impressed by their service, also they out priced themselves imo
 
Their customer care is ridiculously bad as they're more interested in ensuring calls are closed than actually doing any confirmation or check on the progress of an order. If they say it'll take 7 days for a line upgrade be prepared for it to take that amount of time before they even begin and only if you contact them 7 days later.
 
Ordered and paid for LTE router on 29th May
Axxess debit card as required
On Wed 10th, Axxess accounts send SMS - we cannot send router as R9,00 is outstanding
Asked what it is for - no answer, just pay please
Paid it
Today 16th June, no router
On Chat service, fellow will check and get back to me
Post a ticket, only to see it has been closed without comment

That is what I would call no service

The only thing Axxess are good at, is debiting your bank account

They are not even very good at that - under debited me this month, a chat (supposedly escalated) a logged call and an email just to get no response, then an extra debit, then told my account is in good order.

As I have said before - customer service is a foreign concept to Axxess.
 
Yeah, today was the final nail in the coffin for my relationship with Axxess.

Firstly, they're removed the option to upgrade my line speed to be set to the next month (forcing me to upgrade it today).
Secondly, despite the initial page stating I will not be charged for this upgrade, I was duly invoiced not an hour later, for an upgrade fee.

This, after initially lying about OpenServe infrastructure being available where I live, and only after placing the order, being told that there actually isn't and I now need to pay extra to use Vumatel. I'll be moving to either Supersonic or Cybersmart soon.
