It still is calculating the billing incorrectly:

4 MBPS (30/08/2013 - 27/09/2013) * R410.68

Why is it not showing:

1. The pro rata for current month - 30 - 31 August.
2. Billing for full month September

In any case the billing now is charging me more for a 29 day period than I should be paying (R468.18), also there is no place to enter in the discount code.

Can I suggest some changes to your sign up module?

1. Give users the option to decide when they want to start their service. Currently the system calculates a pro rata period (in my case 2 days) - but other users may want to start the service only on the 1st day of new month.
2. More payment options - credit card is much quicker.

Suggestions are always welcome man. We rather new in the game and we love to hear customers or prospective customers input. RazoWeb is all about giving you the service you want so let me jump on that and suggest it to the higher ups and have a talk to my technicals and fix this problem once and for all.

Simply look at our location. We are based in Durban he is in Moreleta Park. I don't know about you but that will be a long drive to work everyday. He is a customer he does not work for Razoweb, not an affiliate or reseller just a client we offered a special deal to. You are more then welcome to come visit us in Durban and verify our claim?

No it's totally fine, just your admission that he isn't is enough, there are quite a few people on this thread asking the same question so I thought I'd rather ask you.

Just curios though,

From your first post you said you can offer the special, you really do come across as a company rep based on your first post.

creating a profile and changing the location is not exactly rocket science.

Maybe this would have come across better if the offer was actually advertised by @indo since he seems to be active on the forum.

I can offer clients a Package that suits the needs of a intermediate gamer trough to the Media streaming Hog.

Currently the best value for money package is a 4Mb Uncapped package that runs on MTN Business Backbone which means minimal shaping and no minimal throtteling.

Shaping: Only during business hours doesn't matter what time of month
Throtteling: AUP is minimal on this account and where as the other ISP's throttle you 1\4 of line speed, we only throttle 3\4 of line speed, in other words your line will be more stable and faster than the rest in throttleling

There is a special promo code that you need to enter to qualify and apply for this package and I will give it to the users via PM if they requested so.

The promo is 5% discount on the current pricing on their website, and you get moved immediately onto the MTN Business backbone and then you can enjoy the full capability of "How the internet is supposed to be".

@Indo, please would you check with Jeremy, but I don't think he will accept that due to it lasting 4 days, any test acc is 24 hours.

@Indo, yeahp that's what I said, only 1Gb test accounts, its really just to test the speed etc not to run for days to download.
