I have been sending e-mails to Cell-C for the past 6 days.
Before when you send and e-mail, you receive an e-mail back within minutes with a reference number.
Now you get ZERO reply.
Am on the phone at the moment to 084 155 5555, all I receive is the music for the past 48 minutes and no answer from the department.
I phone the customer care number and the lady told me that the 084 155 5555 number is for the Blaskberry service and she will put me through to the Technical department.
Wow there I am back at the same place with the same music after I have select number 1 for speedstick queries and once again no answer. After 20 minutes of waiting for the Technical department again, I hang up and dial the customer care number again and once again I was back again at the Technical department's music and no answer.
It seems to me that Cell-C is also busy to drop in service delivery and to help customers.
The problem is that for the past week, we have very bad network signal, jumping from 3G, to HSPA+, to Edge, to No signal. This is on all 4 our Black speedsticks including the cell phone.
What can one do to get this problem sorted out??????
Every time that it rain, the signal go totally off it's rocket.
They fix the problem and with the next rain, it is back to the same problems.
Every time it take Cell-C up to a week or more to get it to work again.
Any people in the Northcliff, Bergbron, Greymont, Albertskroon, Albertsfarm, Albertsville, East Town, Northcliff Corner, haveing the same problem??
