*READ FIRST* iBurst Network Status & Issues (DNS, Throughput and Latency)

This site loads fine on BIS and at my work, therefore it is an I-Burst specific issue. There is nothing malicious about this site as it is as big as Rapidshare and is a file sharing site that I now paid for R200 for 3 months which I can not use, I have been using it for 1.5 months without issues. The link you provided does the same thing. Therefore, I would appreciate it if you guys unblock this site asap or I want a refund from I-Burst for my subscription. The site is not blocked in South Africa as per their list and is working on other ISPs just fine.

Well good news, finally, megaupload.com is back on the 4th day of absence, Ronald any comments as to why this happened?

Can't receive I-Burst e-mail today, server keeps giving me an error, is the pop3 server down?

PM sent but shoo my speed was horible last night (less then 384Kbps), a little beter this morning (just below 1Mbps) but not great considering im on 2 Mb modem.
Look i never used to get full 1Mbps on my old modem but i would average around 700Kbps (which was fine) and more or less double that is to be expected on the 2meg modem

Have fwd'd the UTID for the BTS to be checked.

A BTS has 12 antennaes, 4 power amplifiers, more than a hundred cables, multiple contoller and network boards, GPS units, power supplies, metronet and transmission equioment.

(Across the network there is constant maintenance to issue all the components are functional. Typically, if a component is damaged the BTS capacity is degraded as not all components need to be online for connectivity. Capacity is returned when all components are functioning again.)
