*READ FIRST* iBurst Network Status & Issues (DNS, Throughput and Latency)

Same here, nothing on website indicating there was a problem and couldn't get to MyBB to check if there was anything posted here...

Apologies for the disruption. This occurred when the fibres were reconnected and routes reconverged. The network is setup to automatically use redundant paths.
 
Well this does not help me one bit...why does WOW work on other networks but not IBurst...it worked 100% when we had a static ip assigned to us but this was removed and now it seems to be back to the stage we were at a few years ago! Unplayable! Please assist !

I'm playing Aion through Battleping, but since today (didn't play yesterday) I'm constantly getting DC'd the moment I enter the game. (The Battleping proxy just loses connection and dies)
Obviously the guys at Battleping says its an ISP issue, so I'm between a rock and a kinda hard place here.

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Edit: Just tried Rift: Planes of Telara, and the same situation happens. So its not a game specific problem.

Having issues as well, my downloads all bombed during the night and Guild Wars lag is sick.... Mr I-Burst please fix this!
 
Cant play WoW its also not getting through. I dont think its blocked, its just the route is not going anywhere.

I can guess they probably paying around with routing or port prioritization or something to that effect.

Aaargh. Work hard during the week. Wanna play games and surf the Internet. But then iBurst gives me the middle finger. Maybe I should do the same
 
I heard this aint iBurst fault, they have rerouted the traffic now, should be working now.
