Ronald please let us know what is going on here and when will it be resolved. Thank you.

stillll over 770ms delay in WoW. Any word from iburst as to where this problem is creeping in??

Have similar issues in Guild Wars: Average is ~700ms, spikes go far as 1'500+ms. Unplayable.

Well now they're double billing everyone as well, I am not the only one who got billed on 7 April and now today again 17 April. Also, could hardly access internet last night. Something dodgy is going on at Sh*t-Burst!

I'm getting 1200ms tonight. Any input from ANYONE at iBurst as to where this problem is coming in and why??

Swimming in DNS errors for the past 20 minutes.

Network went dead around 12:30, I had no signal (restarted modem just to be sure), that lasted for about an hour, then I had signal again, but couldn't connect till about 15:10.
There's nothing on your incident report or network status report about his.

I'm in Polokwane.
Could you guys have a look?

I'm getting DNS errors too and I'm in JHB. I have to refresh a page a couple of times to get anywhere.

But the Speedtest is fine, so I'm a bit confused.

Our hosting provider will be conducting emergency maintenance in the early morning on Wednesday, 21 April 2010 at the Gallo Manor Data Centre Facility.

A faulty module on the main circuit breaker caused a power failure in Colocate 3, 4 and 5 on Tuesday afternoon; in order to eliminate the risk of this occurring again the module needs to be replaced.

In order to do this, the main circuit breaker will be switched off for approximately 1 hour from 01h00 to 02h00. All customer equipment affected by the outage on Tuesday afternoon will be affected by this outage.

We would like to sincerely apologies for the inconvenience caused.
