*READ FIRST* iBurst Network Status & Issues (DNS, Throughput and Latency)

This is getting redicilous! I'm paying for a service, now supply it!!!!

Been with iBurst for nearly 4 years, and the last month or 2 has been (more than) unacceptable. I'm tired of all the "upstream provider" / "DNS issues" / "Fibre breakage" excuses: It's got nothing to do with me. All I (as a paying customer) care about is recieveing the service I pay for.

Get your fcing act together! + an official response would be kinda nice...

I agree their service lately is up to ****.. and their support is useless.. seems like a couple of idiots have taken over and is working their lately.. IBURST cancel my contract so I can go and source competent ISP
 
***** this, I am tired of these connection timeout/reset/DNS error messages, can't get onto any website I need to get on to!!!!!
 
This is really not cool. Half of the sites I try to visit doesn't work. Including Google...
