*READ FIRST* iBurst Network Status & Issues (DNS, Throughput and Latency)

can't complain about stability, have had a 4GB download from Steam running for the last 25hrs non stop, sloooooooowwww but stable
 
was able to play games and load webpages fine until 45min ago. now it's troublesome, constant connection reset errors
 
And now for something completly different........ Iburst in CT still isn't working. Still getting connection reset errors.

EDIT: trying to phone helpdesk, music plays for about 2 minutes then everything goes dead. I love paying money for a service that just never works

The connection was reset













The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

3 times already this week? Comeon iBurst

Touch wood, its a bit better the last 2 days, stable at least, can I contribute this to the work that was done in the area?

May I ask where abouts my tower could be so I can try to "face" it in the right direction?

Can only get better as soon as that extra fibre arrives. PM me your GPS co-ords and I'll give you the best compass heading.
 
WoW was complately unraidable last night, congestion and latency issues. Couldnt stay online in raid for more than 1 minute. :(

Had to switch to another connection to raid.

Any ideas why Ronald?

Think the man is on a well deserved break
 
Then someone should take over, cant leave clients with problems like these.

Tonight is the same, no luck raiding tonight on iBurst. :(
 
Can't log in... Stuck on Verifying Username and Password. Can't access iburst's website...

I've had very poor connectivity the past two or three days - slow browsing, sites loading incomplete, etc. Last night, iBurst's SMTP server went down and Gmail wasn't working properly, so I couldn't submit work to my editor for this morning, which reflects very ****ing badly on me. How many times can I blame iBurst before it starts to look like I'm making excuses?
