Great, there is a lot more optimization in the pipeline ahead. More distribution points are being added thereby eliminating potential congestion points. This work should continue for another 3 months.

According to the regional fibre provider it was a "bend fibre" that was causing issues. We have shut the problem path and have switched the the alternative route.

internet was off all afternoon and last night. its back up now. the whole week has been on and off!!
 
Internet completely unusable, pages don't load, slow as hell, I can't even get onto this forum for the last 3 days!!!! Man I hate I-Burst, every f'n week something is wrong.... Can this please be resolved?!
 
I can't surf anything.... can't open News24, Mybroadband, Iburst page, nothing..... WTF.... 4 days now.
 
No problems over here, except for congestion with WoW, probably a problem in your area?
 
Can somebody at I-Burst respond or assist plesae?! I still can't get on News24 at all or Mybroadband forums or Kalahari, can go on Facebook but internet is generally very slow and unusable.... This is ridicolous!
 
I have had 3 disconnects/timeouts since 7PM and everything feels slow and laggy.

yes Rooi, in Langenhovenpark. When I got home this afternoon just after 16:00, it was off (again). It came on at about 17:00 but has been choppy has hell.

Lots of sites dont work and I know the problem lies with Iburst because I used this http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ and every time it said its just me. :mad: :mad:

Some examples of sites that dont work are,
http://www.warez-bb.org/index.php and http://gpsunderground.com/forum/

Please please please, for heavens sake, sort out the cock-up. :wtf:

The NOC reports no issues from the BTS in Langenhovenpark. I'll ask again.
