So, nobody can help me with the fact that I can not surf the internet and pay R465 a month for nothing.... Ok then, can I please request that I be cancelled from my contract?

I tested at 26°03'25.43" S 27°57'36.38" E and had the following results:

News24 and MyBB worked fine.
 
Bad ping again

I had this problem last month and after you guys investigated it came right.

Game server IP: 195.122.135.160

My in game ping on server was averaging 260 until the weekend now it is between 350 and 400 - my friends who use adsl are still getting their same speed about 240.

There is some sort of issue on Sat 3 when I asked Ronald, I have same issue as you davidgrm.
 
SAT-3 outage

There is a SAT-3 related outage in Portugal. We are using our redundant links via the east coast which kicked in automatically. East coast has more latency than the west coast.
Seems like getting the Portuguese to work on Easter is like getting municipal workers in Jo'burg to collect your refuse on a normal week day.

Our Portuguese friends have kindly sorted out the interconnect. While the cable is connected/disconncted a user will typically experience a degradation in connectivity of 4 minutes.

Seeing alot of packet loss today from first hop onwards, I mail u the tracerts Ronald.
 
Packet loss is still continueing and now effecting Ventrillo. I switched to Wimax, and have no issues there, weird....
