Recommend a ISP

I'm currently with SAOL using their 384k uncapped/unshaped package for R499. I was planning to upgrade to their 4mb package but change my mind when they told me about their wonderful throttling system. They state that after hours is essentially uncapped but you are limited to 20gb for the month during peak hours before being throttled.

My typical monthly usage is around 40gb. Can anyone recommend an ISP that can provide a 4mb line for R899 or less that will give me hassle free internet up to 40gb and maybe a little bit beyond that?
 
mweb uncapped with line rental is 899 a month, or you can go 50g afrihost capped which you will always have full speed

Thanks for the info. I checked out Afrihost and they have that 50gig capped package for R475. They don't state if it includes both ADSL and ISP costs or just ISP. I also can't seem to find what line speed that package uses. If its 384k, then its pointless.
