4. Duel Sim is a must

5. Same price class. (R5-6K)

Redmi Note 8 Pro is also an option but no stock (I can find).

I looked at the Galaxy A50 but not sure if the price justify compare to the Redmi Note 9S.

Wife has a note 8 and it's awesome, I'm still stuck on my note 4 (Since I'm on prepaid I have a rule, no upgrades until the phone is broken or cannot run the apps it needs to run).

I was looking at the note 8 as an option. But when the note 9s appeared on special I went for it. Great rule BTW

I am currently on the Note 4. NOTHING wrong with it. (except I replaced the charging port). But it is good for me to have backup phone. Can't afford to be without one. My LG G4 really struggled while I waited for the Note 4 Charging port.

But now with work I struggle to view larger PDF docs and some 3D models and multi tasking between Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and Notion.So etc.... I can see it really struggles to keep up and apps crashing.

I also looked at the Nokia 7.2. But feel it is overpriced compared to the above options.

Yap!!! Was on "special" for R5300 not too long ago. Even R4800 end of last year.

Yeah. But currently the buffalo imports take really long. Waited 3/4 months for a package and currently waiting for a package which doesn't show any promise soon. International logistics are screwed up and very unpredictable currently.
