Registering on myMTN - impossible!

Trying to register a data sim so that I can track data usage. Asks for cell number and date of birth. Next page asks for me to accept terms and conditions. I click the next button and nothing happens. Tried in IE / FIREFOX / CHROME and always the same result. WTF?

Been like that since forever, never had luck registering my accounts on their website, useless and ugly website.

I have also tried to register on MyMTN. I have an Ipad and need to see how much data i use. I then called MTN helpdesk but they are useless. They dont even know their own product. He kept on contradicting himself.
Cannot believe MTN got the award for best customer service.

Finally got it right by cursing at the browser window. Very poor website design!

Sim is in a mifi router so not keen to pull it out each time I want to check the data balance.

First it told my the number was not valid (even though I phoned that number and answered the call)
Then in IE the web site returns message after a timeout: No suitable nodes are available to serve your request. In Chrome nothing happens.
I need to be able to check data balance in a modem that is not accessible.

It works after numerous attempts.

I finally got it right ,but there are times when I log on and some other poor sods data usage comes up. I have to log off and on a few time till I get my data details.

I'm on a NM contract.
