i suspect that user is doing something "odd".
Maybe password sharing with a bunch of people?
The messages being shown are being sent by the dstv server.

Web login is now working as well as my one pc that is already logged into the addon. Problem seems to be when logging in from scratch on the addon. @JeremySly can you confirm if dstv has changed anything on the login process like enforcing google captcha?

Yes android app is working, seems dstv is enforcing recaptcha if I'm right.

Updated. logged out & back in via direct link ... all good

I'm just glad it works, thought it might be the end of the addon and was also fixed very quick to @JeremySly

Some, you can trust, some you cannot, and if you want to be totally paranoid, then stay of the internet. Being careful, tho, is as always, prudent.
