So without sounding dumb, where do I install it from?

Google play store or you can download the apk and sideload it

Could be you downloading the apk for the wrong architecture or could be corrupt due to incomplete download. For most boxes it needs to be armv7. I suggest downloading it on a pc putting it on a stick or something and installing via the file manager on the android box.

So how did you manage to install kodi then?

He needs to allow apps from 3rd party apps in developer settings or something before that apk will install.
Kodi is from the playstore so it probably installed without that setting just fine.

Kodi was already pre-installed on the box. Unknown source downloads has been authorized. I've downloaded CinemaHd, Livenet TV and Teatv with no problems a few weeks ago. Now I cannot download anything.

I've sorted the issue out. I reset the box and re-installed the apps. Everything is working.

I have notice that after I have inserted the password it works for a wile then it kicks me out saying password has change which is not the Case and also sometimes it say resolver issues.
Or refresh token

How can I prevent this from happening pls advise urgent thanks

i suspect that user is doing something "odd".
Maybe password sharing with a bunch of people?
The messages being shown are being sent by the dstv server.
